Context
TyreGo(Not real name) is mobile tyre repair service that has been successful in the US market and they wanted to expand to South Africa. They approached us to put together a concept for their new tyre service application .
Requirements
All requirements came in a specification document with both and forth engagement. They required an application that will enable users to purchase tyres on their application as well as request for fitting services.
Unlike traditional tyre houses. They go to were the user is and assist them with replacing their tyres.
Role and Responsibilities
My responsibilities were to come up with the concept to present to the potential client.
I did this by:
- Doing a competitor analysis and see what other companies are doing.
- Ensured that their requirements was covered.
- Ask people I know what what would expect from an application like this
Next steps were to design and create a prototype for the application.
