I am a designer with a passion for people.
I have over 7 years experience working in a range of industries and diverse roles. My skills set include stakeholder engagement, user research, user profiling, wireframing, design and usability testing.
I am currently working at Webtonic Solutions based at client, RMB (Rand Merchant Bank), as a senior UX and CX designer focusing on assisting teams and departments solve complex business problems.
In my previous role I headed up the UX design team at Mpilo Technologies. I use a design thinking lead approach and user centric design practice to ensure user needs are met as well as deliver great products for the client.
